The Role:
As a Weekend Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring seamless service delivery during peak weekend periods. You will manage incoming inquiries, resolve technical issues, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Perform technical troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Assist in training new weekend staff members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
