Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all weekend warehouse and logistics activities.
- Coordinate with the weekday operations team to ensure inventory accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols during shift hours.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational issues in real-time.
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments.
- Manage incoming communications and customer service inquiries specific to weekend arrivals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer support.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic inventory software.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
