Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer orders and inquiries with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct daily stock checks, and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently during shift hours.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipment contents against packing lists.
- Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex problems to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, warehousing, or logistics preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but a plus).
