Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse activities during weekend shifts to maintain operational efficiency
- Manage inventory tracking and cycle counts using WMS systems
- Oversee loading/unloading of freight and ensure timely dispatch
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on SOPs
- Conduct daily safety inspections and report equipment issues
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational challenges with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Valid forklift certification
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
