Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring cargo integrity.
- Manage inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification provided).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and quotas.
- Assist in the organization of storage aisles and inventory labeling.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticketing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all roles.
