As a Weekend Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our weekend logistics run smoothly. You will be the face of our operations, managing incoming inquiries and coordinating with our local team to meet service delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Operations: Oversee daily logistics and operational tasks specifically scheduled for Saturday and Sunday to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Customer Interaction: Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails from Denver clients, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Data Management: Maintain and update our internal database with real-time tracking information, inventory counts, and customer feedback logs.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with the weekday shift leads to transition operations smoothly and ensure continuity of service.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks during the weekend to minimize downtime.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct random quality checks on weekend procedures to ensure compliance with company safety and service standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, customer support, or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance; must have reliable transportation.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
