Job Overview
As a Weekend Operations Associate, you will serve as the backbone of our weekend operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with management to optimize processes and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Execute receiving, processing, and shipping of inbound and outbound inventory with high accuracy.
- Perform daily cycle counts and stock replenishment to ensure inventory integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following strict safety protocols.
- Resolve customer order discrepancies and communicate effectively with the support team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Assist in training new staff members on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility.
