Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including vital signs monitoring and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient assessments
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Assist with infection control and safety procedures
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Current WA State Nursing Assistant (NA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care or clinical experience
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
