Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in emergency and critical care units during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Monitor vital signs and respond rapidly to changes in patient conditions
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital safety protocols

Qualifications
- Active WA State RN license (or compact license)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proven night shift or critical care background preferred
- Exceptional crisis management and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
