Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities across clinical departments during weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Facilitate seamless communication between patients, families, and medical staff
- Assist with weekend admissions, discharges, and emergency protocols
- Monitor equipment inventory and supply chain logistics
- Train and orient new weekend staff on department procedures
- Compile weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare coordination or clinical support experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Proficiency in Epic or similar EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid North Carolina healthcare clearance
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 7am-7pm)
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field preferred
