Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Analyze customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate to Tier 2 support when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during every shift.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to propose process improvements for the weekend team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Mandatory Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information simply.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-volume ticket loads.
