Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for internal and external clients.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate senior engineering teams.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate guidance.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical help desk.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
