Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and overall user satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer value.
- Participate in daily training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote/phone work.
