Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Contribute to weekend-specific process improvements
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend operations
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-8pm)
