Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Monitor ticket queues during weekend hours to ensure zero downtime for our clients.
- Collaborate with the week-day team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing issues.
- Update customer records in our CRM system and document solutions for future reference.
- Assist in training new weekend staff members to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support or operations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shift hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
