- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 8 AM - 8 PM)
- Resolve complex billing and technical issues using CRM systems with 95% first-contact resolution
- Document interactions in Salesforce with precision and maintain client confidentiality
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and contribute to monthly revenue targets
- Participate in weekend performance reviews and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 8 AM-8 PM) with flexible weekday backup
- Associate degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
