Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all guest touchpoints
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our proprietary system
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues with prompt, personalized solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous facility maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Proficient with digital reservation systems and POS technology
- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Spanish fluency highly desirable (not required)
