Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Update customer records and database information in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
