Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer records and database information in our logistics management system.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during peak weekend hours.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
