Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to ensure high retention rates.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately according to company policy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database systems.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless service transitions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
