Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, appealing, and safe shopping environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily targets and ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
- Ensure the sales floor remains organized and fully stocked at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
