Responsibilities
- Architect and implement immersive 3D web experiences using WebGL, Three.js, and React Three Fiber.
- Integrate AI-driven personalization and adaptive interfaces into the frontend stack.
- Optimize rendering performance for next-generation hardware, including AR/VR headsets and high-PPI displays.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to translate abstract concepts into tangible, high-fidelity prototypes.
- Establish coding standards and best practices for the "Web 2026" initiative to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering, with a focus on complex interactive applications.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong understanding of computer graphics, shaders (GLSL), and WebGL libraries.
- Experience working with AI/ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow.js) to enhance user experiences.
- Portfolio demonstrating 3D web projects or high-performance interactive visualizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
