Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify emerging trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and integrate them into our strategic planning.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of high-availability systems capable of supporting exponential growth.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead internal hackathons and research projects focused on predictive analytics and autonomous agents.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks to ensure responsible deployment of AI technologies in compliance with future regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, and microservices. Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment is highly preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
