Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using appropriate packing materials and methods.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring stock levels are replenished efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required and trained.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
