As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly 24/7. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive environment for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely and efficiently manage inbound and outbound shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, count, and organize stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before storage or shipment.
- Packing & Labeling: Prepare packages with proper labeling and documentation for timely delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various surfaces.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Equipment Operation: Forklift certification is a plus but training is provided.
