Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations turnover.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating Night Shift schedules.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
