Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and verify inventory accuracy to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare necessary documentation.
- Perform regular quality control checks on merchandise before storage or dispatch.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
