Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, adhering to all shipping guidelines and labeling requirements.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in annual inventory audits to maintain precise stock levels.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, following all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we will train the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours/day).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
