Responsibilities
- Execute daily order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, and labeling products with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor to prevent accidents and improve workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with inventory management software.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of all merchandise.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for local and regional distribution.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
