Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming merchandise and materials accurately.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain Standards: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Load/Unload: Perform heavy lifting and physical labor to load and unload trucks and trailers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English skills required for reading safety signs and communicating with team leads.
