Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and record incoming stock to maintain precise inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders while adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required by training.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse floors.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read labels and documentation clearly.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts and willing to work overtime when necessary.
