Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery and forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Pack and label shipments according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in quality control checks for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not always mandatory.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide on-the-job training.
