Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Oversee inventory accuracy and cycle counts using WMS systems
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain hazard-free workspaces
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum productivity
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
- Resolve operational escalations and implement corrective actions
- Generate nightly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA/OSHA regulations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Proven problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred
