Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 team members during 10 PM - 6 AM shift
- Optimize inventory accuracy and shipping workflows
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and equipment operation
- Resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time
- Conduct daily performance reviews and coaching
- Coordinate cross-departmental logistics
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification (or willing to obtain)
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Flexible availability for weekend coverage
