Responsibilities
- Perform efficient receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Process shipping documents and manage returns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Forklift certification is a strong plus but not mandatory for all entry-level positions.
