Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but a plus).
