Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using industrial equipment.
- Verify incoming inventory against packing slips to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with precision.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and clutter-free warehouse environment.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as directed by management.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach facility.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as business needs dictate.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
