Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor equipment.
- Organize, stock, and inventory merchandise to ensure accurate order fulfillment and warehouse safety.
- Perform regular quality control checks to verify product condition and packaging standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and workflow targets.
- Assist in the processing of returns and damaged goods to keep inventory accurate.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with valid ID.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Basic math skills for scanning and logging inventory accurately.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
