Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory management and stock replenishment tasks with 99% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently in accordance with safety protocols.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to resolve logistical bottlenecks and optimize weekend workflows.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital logs for all inventory movements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service preferred but not mandatory.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
