Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.
- Inventory Control: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment and automated systems according to standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk on various surfaces.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
