Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
- Valid driver's license (for delivery roles if applicable).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
