Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and label products for domestic and international shipment.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments to maintain stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards.
- Collaborate with the night shift supervisor to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a regular basis.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for labeling and scanning.
- Strong reliability record with excellent attendance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
