Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect merchandise for damages or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for scanning and counting items.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
