Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, strictly adhering to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts using our warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and safe for all personnel.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to reliability.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
