Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and relocate inventory within the warehouse.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect packaging materials and verify shipment details for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available for immediate start.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons.
