Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if certified).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Shipping & Receiving: Receive incoming deliveries, inspect goods for damage, and process returns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to read and comprehend work orders.
- Reliability: A strong track record of attendance and punctuality is essential.
