Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and accuracy to meet delivery deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of debris to ensure operational efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Equipment: Basic familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus; Forklift certification preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
