Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a pristine and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety and workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C) preferred but not required for all roles.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed.
