Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
