Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing freight with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Pack and prepare merchandise for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the night.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
